Freelance Design & Development
March 09 – Present I am working closely with Serendipity Creative, a design firm in Washing- ton DC, to provide design and development services to non-profits and small businesses in the DC area. Much of the work involves using Word- press as a CMS to facilitate rapid, economical and flexible development. I am also working with many individual clients and design studios in the NY area, including Net Theory, Point One Percent, Fort Greene Association, Bedford Freeman Worth Publishers, and Pentagram.
Net Theory
May 07 – March 09, Web Designer & Front End Developer I worked in this Ruby on Rails shop creating websites from design to wireframes to launch for high profile clients such as The Smithsonian Institute and The Learning Annex.
Courtney & Co
April 05 – May 07, Web Director I headed the web department for this branding firm, designing and coding websites, managing freelance developers and maintaining servers. I also created identity design.
Two Jakes Modern & Vintage
June 03 – April 05, Design Director & Webmaster I designed and project managed the production of this e-commerce web- site. I also managed identity, evnvironmental graphics, print production and photography.
